College" honoring the chief guest Vikrant Saranjame ([[Subodh Bhave]]), a wealthy industrialist in the "Saranjame Group of Industries" who lives with his widowed mother Snehalata a.k.a. Aaisaheb (Vidya Karanjikar), younger brother Jaydeep (Ashutosh Gokhale) and arrogant sister-in-law Soniya (Purniema Dey) in a large mansion in [[Karjat]], [[Maharashtra]]. Due to his fame and greatness, Vikrant has become a dear public figure surrounded by many people, including his close friend Vilas Zende (Umesh Jagtap) who is also his personal assistant.
