:{{re|Coolblack4}} If I'm not wrong, you are referring to user {{u|Lucasraven12}} who proposed the article for deletion and I don't see their action as disruptive. Any contributor can create, edit or even nominate an article for deletion if they feel it may not meet our content guidelines, but that's not the dead end. Currently [[Anshuman Tiwari (musician)]] was proposed for deletion and any editor who disagrees with a proposed deletion can simply remove the tag. Even after the page is deleted, any editor can have the page restored by any administrator simply by asking. In both cases, the editor is encouraged to fix the perceived problem with the page.
