As I can see your account hasn't reached the [[Wikipedia:Autoconfirmed users\|autoconfirmed]] level yet so you won't be able to create a page in the main namespace, but you can create an article in the draft namespace using the [[Wikipedia:Article wizard\|article wizard]] and submit it for a review by placing <code><nowiki>{{subst:submit}}</nowiki></code> at the top of the article once it's ready.
