Shridhant Joshi (born 20 September 1975) is an Indian businessman and the founder and managing director of Kautilya Academy, a coaching institute established in 2003. Joshi has been honoured with 'Captains of Industries Award-2013', 'Education Excellence Award' for three consecutive years between 2016-2018, ‘Karmath Karmyogi award’, and his institution has been proffered ‘India's No. 1 Brand Award’ in the category of civil services.
Early Life and career[edit]
He was born on 20 September 1975 into a Brahmin family in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh (formerly a part of Madhya Pradesh) where he completed his early education.[1] He has been passionate about civil services from a very young age. Mr. Joshi Joshi started his career in 2003 and founded Kautilya Academy where is served as the managing director. The institution has 36 centers all across India with a leading presence in the institutions for competitive exams.[2]
Awards[edit]
Joshi was one of the two participants from the state of Madhya Pradesh at the National Conference on Education, organized in New Delhi by India Today Group in 2011. He received the prestigious 'Captains of Industries Award-2013' for excellence in education from Madhya Pradesh government. He also has the honour of receiving the 'Education Excellence Award' of Madhya Pradesh government for three consecutive years from 2016-2018. Joshi has also been conferred the “Karmath Karmyogi award” by the honourable Governor of Madhya Pradesh.[1]
In 2015 he participated in the “Dharma Sansad-2015” held in the United States of America and he was the sole participant from Madhya Pradesh. Additionally he has been accorded recognition as the “Chhattisgarh Ratna”.[1]

Joshi is the author of several books related to the preparation of Civil Service Examination like UPSC and MPPSC. Some of his books have been published by leading international publishers like LexisNexis. He also founded the Institute for Management and Entrepreneurship Studies (IMES) and Takshshila Publication.[3]
