Shraddha Walker[3][4] was a food blogger who had previously worked in a call centre in the national capital, Delhi Police said. She was born and brought up in Maharasthra to a Vasi-based business owner Vikas Madan Walker[5][6][7][8]

Shraddha Walker was killed by her boyfriend Aftab Amin Poonawala in Mehrauli, Delhi in May 2022[9][10] after a quarrel over marriage and the idea of chopping her body into 35 pieces was inspired by "Dexter", an American crime TV series.[11][12] Her body was chopped into 35 pieces before dumping them in the forests of south Delhi's Chhatarpur.[13]
