Dr. Sameer Bhati famous Healthcare entrepreneur and management guru. Member of vaccine awareness committee and Director of Star Imaging and Path Lab. have implemented best Healthcare and educational PPP (Public Private Partnership) models in India.[1][2]

Today he is in the league of top 500 young health entrepreneurs in the field of Healthcare in India.

Early life[edit | edit source]

Dr. Sameer Bhati hails from Rajasthan but he had completed all his education from schooling to PhD, MBA-M.Phil from Delhi and then later on also started his professional journey from here. Presently he is the Director of Star Imaging and Path Lab Pvt[1].

Career[edit | edit source]

As a management guru he has initiated many new marketing strategies for diagnostics and healthcare industry which have completely transform the quality of service and people’s experience level. Our nation needs a constant supply of skilled Healthcare workforce and in order to complete this objective he laid down the foundation of Star Education and Training Institute and today it is the part of Skill India campaign. During COVID 19 pandemic time he created a holistic and robust helping infra system in west Delhi region which supported millions of migrant labors and general public. This system also helped government and Delhi Police a lot to manage Delhi in those toughest days. He played a key role in implementation of Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) in Delhi and other states. He helped IIT Delhi in testing India’s first indigenous developed test kits. His constant attachment with Industry, Society and Education helps India to get a holistic economic and health prosperity. 

R&D work in considered to be the work of either Government’s or dedicated institutions but he was the first person to be credited to promote R&D work in Healthcare and Diagnostic field as well as in educational field at individual level and then successively replicated it in industrial level. In the recent time successful implementations of famous social movements like Delhi Police’s YUVA and then E-YUVA projects to help the deprived children, conducting the COVID-19 testing of patients under quarantine with Delhi Govt are the results of these R&D works. He played key role in “VANDE BHARAT MISSION”, in creating new ways of Covid testing i.e.  Mobile COVID booths, drive thru, COVID home collection facility, with COVID-19 rapid testing kits, free doctor Tele-consultation for cancer patients, COVID and non COVID patients mental health counseling, engaged with National Tuberculosis Eradication programme.

He has successfully served the whole corporate world like Indian Medical Association (IMA), ITC Hotel, Zee News, Samsung, J.W.Marriott,  Pristyn Care, Centre of Diabetes and Allied Sciences, Apollo Health & Lifestyle, Vasan Eye Group, Bourn Hall Clinic India, HCL Group  etc.

Social Contribution

A great believer of “Karma” concept and with this same thought he started Star wellness & care foundation to help every deprived person from the society. In a short span time, this foundation transformed the life of millions of women and children. He is also associated with Brahma Kumaris and Sai Baba Temple Najafgarh, Delhi.  During COVID 19 times free food distribution, tablets distribution to poor students, sanitation work in public places, rehabilitation work of Covid 19 victims are the works by which he serving the society.

Research & Development Contribution

Recently published a very interesting research article “Alopecia and Covid-19 Pandemic: A review article” in Journal of Plastic Surgery and Transplantation. Where he brilliantly pointed out the Covid 19 and Alopecia connection. By somewhere become the reason to spread a kind of awareness among the society after this post Covid 19 effect.  His though study over infection and immunity link in Delhi helped various governments to design Covid 19 related policies. Few years back his famous TPTR marketing mythology for diagnostic industry attract many great institutes like AIIMS, IIT Delhi etc.
