Rajesh Bindal (born 16 April 1961) is an Indian Judge. He is currently serving as Acting Chief Justice of the Calcutta High Court.[1] He has also served as Acting Chief Justice of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Punjab and Haryana High Court.[2][3][4]
