Raj Kumar Chauhan is a politician from the Indian National Congress and was a four-time Member of the Delhi Legislative Assembly representing Mangol Puri.[1][2] He was the Minister of Education and Social Welfare from 2001 to 2003. He also served as the Minister of Development, Revenue, Irrigation & Flood Control Department, Public Works Department, SC/ST Welfare Department, in Second Sheila Dikshit cabinet.[3]
