Pravaig is an Indian automobile company based in Bengaluru that is involved in the design and manufacturing of electric cars.[1]

Pravaig Dynamics was founded in 2011 by Siddhartha Bagri as an R&D unit in Jaipur, India.[2] The company specializes in manufacturing electric vehicles, batteries, and AI solutions for autonomous vehicles. In 2019, the company incorporated as Pravaig Dynamics Pvt. Ltd., establishing its production and engineering center in Bangalore, Karnataka.[3][4]
In 2020, company created its first product-specific engineering prototypes and received initial customer sign-ups.
In 2021, company commenced factory production with an annual capacity of 500 MWh, manufacturing 6,000 battery packs for cars each year at the facility.[5]
In November 2022, company launched its first product, electric SUV “SUV Defy,” in Delhi.[6][7]
In January 2023, company introduced the "Veer EV", an electric vehicle designed for use by the armed forces.[8][9]
In 2023, the company expanded its operations into the commercial vehicle segment through the acquisition of Azad Mobility Pvt. Ltd. It also signed a MOU with Saudi India Venture Studio to establish a left-hand drive production base for up to 1 million vehicles, catering to the demands of the GCC, USA, and European markets.[10][11][12]
