Poonam Khetrapal Singh is an Indian national serving as the South-East Asia regional director at the World Health Organization.[1][2] She is currently in her second fiver-year term and she was the first woman to become regional director of WHO South-East Asia Region when appointed on 1 February 2014.[3][4]
