Padikkadha Pannaiyar (transl. Uneducated Landlord) is a 1985 Indian Tamil-language film, directed by K. S. Gopalakrishnan and produced by G. Sulochana. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan, K. R. Vijaya, Y. G. Mahendra and V. K. Ramasamy . The film had musical score by Ilaiyaraaja.[1][2][3][4] This was a remake of the director's own previous film Kan Kanda Deivam starring S.V. Ranga Rao is the lead role that was played by Sivaji Ganesan in this film.

The soundtrack for the movie composed by Ilaiyaraaja.[5] The lyrics for the songs were written by Vaali, Gangai Amaran and K.S. Gopalakrishnan.[6]
