Northland, Singapore is a subzone of Yishun, Singapore. It is bounded by Yishun Industrial Park A to the north, Yishun Central to the south, Yishun Avenue 8/9 to the east, and Yishun Avenue 2 to the west.[2]. The name “Northland” is likely to have been named after Northland Secondary School, which is located within the Northland subzone.

Yishun Industrial Park is a small industrial park situated between Yishun Avenue 6/7 which comprises some well known companies such as Murata, Philips Lumileds, Avago Technologies, ATS and many other smaller companies. Commercial buildings such as Northpoint Bizhub, North Spring Bizhub and North View Bizhub can be found at the Yishun Industrial Park. It can be reached by Bus service 811 from Yishun Bus Interchange.
