Nighat Abbass (born 13 May 1994) is an Indian politician and social activist from Delhi, India.[1][2][3] She is a member and spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party until 2023. currently, she is joined Indian National Congress in 2023.[4] She filed a petition Delhi High Court for framing Uniform civil code in India.[5][6][7][8]
