Dr.Kamala Das (31 March 1934 – 31 May 2009), One of the most acclaimed Indo-Anglican writers, has been internationally renowned for her imaginatively rich and strikingly brilliant poetry, She is a writer who has succeeded in weaving into her short-stories the richness of poetry and poetic images, all told with a language that exhibits liveliness and imaginative splendor.
