Gopal's mother, who is on the way to her home is framed for the murder. This leads to the arrest of Gopal's mother by her husband, who also files the case against her.

Gopal's brother, Ramu is handling the case as a prosecutor due to their father's intentions. Only Gopal stands for his mother in the situation and he argues for her against his own father and brother in the court. After some hearings in the court, Gopal and Gowri discovers that Muthayya is the real murderer by a CID officer who is disguised as a blind beggar. They also find that Muthayya and Muniyandi are doing illegal business. With the help of police, Gopal produces them in the court.

After some arguments between Gopal and Ramu, the CID officer gives eye witness. The judge gives the judgment as follows: Since Muthayya and Muniyandi are the real culprits, they are sentenced to imprisonment and Gopal's mother is released.
