Nagangouda Kandkur

Nagangouda Kandkur is an Indian politician, who is current MLA of Gurmatkal constituency of Karnataka Legislative Assembly.[1][2]

He belongs to Janata Dal (Secular) (JD(S)).

Constituency[edit]

He represents Gurmitkal (Vidhana Sabha constituency) of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly.[3]

Political career[edit]

Nagangouda Kandkur is a member of Janata Dal (Secular) (JD(S)) Political Party. Kandkur became the first non-Congress MLA, after 51 years. He bought an end to the rule of the Congress that was in power from 1967.[4]
