Mulkh Raj is an Indian politician from the Bharatiya Janata Party and a member[when?] of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing[when?] the Baijnath assembly constituency of Himachal Pradesh.[1][2][3] he belong to the Koli community of Himachal Pradesh.[4]
