As they transition into adulthood, they come to realize their romantic feelings for each other; however, their families do not approve of their relationship. When Saim's family proposes marriage to Zubia's family, they face rejection.

Determined, Zubia promises Saim that she will persuade her family to accept their relationship but ultimately fails to do so. In a bid to be together, they elope and marry, but tensions arise during their escape, leading to a separation.

Years later, Zubia has become a doctor while Saim pursues a career as a singer. Upon encountering each other after a long time, Saim realizes he still loves Zubia and makes efforts to win her back.
