Mihir Lal Chattopadhyay
Mihir Lal Chattopadhyay (born 1902) was an Indian politician. He was the member of Constituent Assembly of India. He one of those who voted for the creation of a separate West Bengal on June 20, 1947.[1][2][3][4]
