Madhusudan Sandhu, popularly known as Mad Sandhu, was an Indian LGBTQ social media influencer, stylist, costume designer and make-up artist from Punjab, India.[1][2]

Career[edit | edit source]

Sandhu founded Mane Lane Unisex Salon in Amritsar. He also appeared in the Punjabi song Ragda and the Punjabi film Oye Bhole Oye 2.[3] According to media reports, he was also set to appear on the reality television show Bigg Boss.[4]

In 2021, Josh Talks featured Sandhu as a speaker in a Punjabi-language talk in which he discussed makeup and aspects of his personal life.[5]

Death[edit | edit source]

On 3 October 2026, Sandhu was shot dead by two unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants in Amritsar, Punjab.[6] Police were investigating the motive behind the attack.[7]
