Lalbiakzama is a Zoram People's Movement politician and 15th current Speaker of Mizoram Legislative Assembly from 2023.[2] He had been elected in Mizoram Legislative Assembly from Chalfilh Assembly constituency[3] as candidate of Zoram People's Movement.[4]

He has completed his education up to Bachelor of Commerce from North-Eastern Hill University in 1998.[5]
