Th. Khuman Singh Raghuwanshi was an Indian politician from the state of the Madhya Pradesh. He represented Sanchi and Bareli Vidhan Sabha constituency in Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly by winning the 1957 Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly election.[1]
