The Khari River is a river in the Sirohi and Jalore districts of Rajasthan, India. It is formed by the meeting of many small river drains from the hills of Shergaon in Sirohi district. The main ones are Somesar River, Khari Kherwa, Umravas Nala and Kotki River originating from Divar Forest Reserve.
The Khari River flows for about 130 kilometers (81 miles) before joining the Jawai River at Sayla village of Jalore.[1] The river's drainage basin covers an area of 1,940 square kilometers (750 square miles).
The Khari River is an important source of water for irrigation and drinking water in the region. It is also a popular destination for fishing and boating.
