The director has a flaw: an extramarital affair, which the villager comes to know when he is mistaken for the director in multiple instances. He embarks on setting the director. back on the right path, so that he continues to positively impact society. But this causes friction with his sweetheart who comes to the city to get him to focus on getting married. The director's affair also turns into a ransom situation. How the villager puts the director on the right path and his own life turns out, forms the crux of the story.
