Kallar is a tributary river of Neyyar river flowing through the Indian states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. It originates in Kanyakumari District.[1] It passes through Tirunelveli district in Tamil Nadu.[2]Lower Meenmutty dam is situated in this river.
