Jaykaypur is a small town in Rayagada district, Odisha, India. Odisha State Highway 4 and Odisha State Highway 5 here.[1] The main developing factor for Jaykaypur (also known as JK Pur)is J.K Paper Mills.This mill has been in the town for more than five decades and is the only operating Paper mill in Odisha in profit. Even though a small industrial town, JK Pur is a highly competitive and educated place. Children who grew-up here have achieved tremendous success in career and are fanned out to all corners of the globe. The life here is idyllic, simple and full of pleasant memories. The police station of Jaykaypur is Chandili Police Station.
