HMR Institute of Technology & Management is a private engineering college located in Hamidpur, New Delhi. It is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.^[1]

HMR was established in 2002 with the approval of AICTE, Government of NCT, Delhi and the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. It was opened by the Hira Lal, Mohan Devi, Rita Gupta Memorial Trust.^[2]
