Gowrishankar SRG is an Indian actor, producer and writer who works primarily in Kannada cinema.[1] He is known for his roles in the films Rajahamsa (2017) and Kerebete (2024).[2]

Gowrishankar made his acting debut with the Kannada film Jokaali in 2010, in which he played Veda. He subsequently played a leading role in Rajahamsa (2017).[3]
In 2024, Gowrishankar starred in the Kannada film Kerebete, directed by Rajguru B, portraying Naga opposite Bindu Shivaram.[4] He also produced the film and contributed to its screenplay and dialogues.[5] Kerebete was screened at the 55th International Film Festival of India in 2024.[6] For his performance in the film, Gowrishankar won the Critics Award for Best Actor – Kannada at the 70th Filmfare Awards South.[7]
In 2026, Gowrishankar appeared in the lead role of Kumar Kamsale in Common Man, directed by Om Sai Prakash.[8]
