Flag of Macedonia may refer to several different flags used in the historic region of Macedonia. All consist of a yellow sun on a solid-color background. Two bore the Vergina Sun until 1995 when under Greek pressure the Republic's flag replaced the Vergina Sun with its current sun.
- Flag of Macedonia (Greece), a region of Greece immediately south of the Republic of North Macedonia, roughly comprising the southern part of the region
- Flag of North Macedonia, a sovereign state in southeastern Europe, roughly comprising the northern part of the region
