Vervotech is an Indian travel technology company headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra. The company develops artificial intelligence-based accommodation data products, including hotel mapping, room mapping and supplier optimisation solutions used by online travel agencies, hotel wholesalers, and travel technology providers worldwide.[1][2]
Founded in October 2018 by former colleagues from Tavisca Solutions, Vervotech was acquired in August 2023 by Juniper Group, a subsidiary of Vela Software within Constellation Software.[2][3]

Vervotech was founded in October 2018 in Pune by Sanjay Ghare and co-founder Dharmendra Ladi, both of whom had previously worked together at Tavisca Solutions, a Pune-based travel technology company that was later acquired by cxLoyalty and subsequently JPMorgan Chase.[1][4]
The founders bootstrapped the company with their own savings, and it was initially staffed by a small engineering team focused on solving the challenge of consolidating fragmented hotel inventory data from multiple suppliers.[1][4] Vervotech signed its first customer, Akbar Travels, within its first year of operation.[4]
Growth and acquisition[edit source]
Vervotech grew as a bootstrapped venture, expanding its customer base among online travel agencies during the COVID-19 pandemic when travel companies sought to consolidate operations and reduce inventory management costs.[3] By 2023, the company reported annual revenue of approximately US$2.9 million, up from US$1.8 million in 2022, and served more than 1,000 online travel companies globally.[3]
In August 2023, Vervotech was acquired by Juniper Group, a portfolio company of Vela Software within Constellation Software (Template:TSX). The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Following the transaction, Vervotech continued to operate independently under Sanjay Ghare's leadership, retaining its Pune headquarters and product roadmap.[2][3]

Vervotech's primary products focus on standardising accommodation data and optimising supplier selection for the travel industry:
- Vervotech Mappings — a hotel-level mapping product that consolidates and de-duplicates hotel inventory from multiple suppliers using artificial intelligence and natural language processing.[1]
- Room Mapping — a room-level data standardisation product that matches equivalent room types across different suppliers.[2]
- Profit Maximizer — a supplier optimisation product that helps travel companies select the most profitable supplier for each booking based on real-time margin analysis.
According to the company, its products are used by more than 1,000 online travel companies and travel technology firms worldwide.[2]

Vervotech was named "World's Best Hotel Mapping Solutions Provider" at the World Travel Tech Awards in 2023 and 2024.[5]
