Shiv Chandra Jha, the founder and reporter of Chandra Times News, who won the hearts of millions of youth of India with his reporting, was born on January 03, 1995 in Bargaon village of Saharsa district of Bihar. And he is known as a reporter and founder of regional language news channel Chandra Times He started his reporting career by starting a YouTube channel in the year 2017 after completing his MBA studies
