Career[edit source]

Tavisca Solutions[edit source]

In 2008, Ghare joined Tavisca Solutions, a Pune-based travel technology firm, as Vice President of the SaaS business. Over more than a decade at Tavisca, he built and scaled the company's software-as-a-service division serving customers globally.[3][2] Tavisca was acquired by cxLoyalty in 2018, which was subsequently acquired by JPMorgan Chase, where the technology became part of Chase Travel.[2]

Vervotech[edit source]

Ghare co-founded Vervotech in October 2018, along with Dharmendra Ladi and four other co-founders from Tavisca.[4][3] The founders pooled ₹10 lakh (approximately US$13,300) of their savings to start the company, which was based in Pune and initially staffed by six engineers.[4][3]

Vervotech's flagship products, Hotel Mapping and Room Mapping, use artificial intelligence and natural language processing to consolidate hotel data from multiple suppliers.[4] The company signed its first customer, Akbar Travels, within its first year of operation.[3] By 2023, Vervotech served over 1,000 online travel companies globally and reported annual revenue of approximately US$2.9 million, having grown from US$1.8 million in 2022.[2]

In August 2023, Vervotech was acquired by Juniper Group, a subsidiary of Vela Software within Constellation Software Inc. Ghare continued as CEO of Vervotech following the acquisition, with the company operating independently within the Juniper Group.[1][2]

Vervotech was named "World's Best Hotel Mapping Solutions Provider" at the World Travel Tech Awards in 2023.[5]
