He is the founder and chief executive officer of Ideal Eyes Interior, a Kolkata-based firm specializing in luxury residential and commercial design. Halder was born in Diamond Harbour, West Bengal, to Dadhiram Halder and Sabita Halder. He studied at Jagadishpur S.K. Institution in Mandir Bazar and later earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Netaji Subhas Open University. Motivated by an interest in architecture and interior spaces, he pursued a Diploma in Interior Design from Habitat Academy, which served as the foundation for his career in design.

In 2010, Halder established Ideal Eyes Interior in Gariahat, Kolkata.
