Dolarkheda is a village Muktainagar taluka of Jalgaon district in Maharashtra, India. It is also spell as Dolarkhede. It is situated on the foothills of Satpuda mountain and is in the reserved forest.[1]

This village comes under the Sukli Grampanchayat. [2]It is in Muktainagar vidhansabha constituency and Raver Loksabha constituency.

Geography[edit]

This village is located near the foothills of Satpuda mountain on the banks of Purna river. It is situated near the Muktainagar-Kurha road. Dolarkheda is surrounded by fields and jungle. Tigers inhabit the nearby jungle of this village,[3] also nilgai antelope.[4] According to Dainik Divya Marathi daily's website article reported from 2018 this wild have four adult tigers and three cubs. A man-eating tiger attacked a farmer in 2018 in the morning when he was in his field.[5] Dolarkheda is 4.57 kilometres from Ghodasgaon. Muktainagar is 15 kilometres away from Dolarkheda. Sukai and Dui are nearby village.

Demographics[edit]

People of this village speak Marathi language. Dolarkheda have 215 families. According to 2011 census of Jalgaon district the population of this village is 904. It has 437 females and 467 males. 154 kids are below six years of age in which 83 are boys and 71 are girls. 491 persons are literate from this 273 females are literate and 218 males are literate. Dolarkheda have 80 cultivators among which 40 are male cultivator and 41 females. 382 people doing work of agriculture labour. 193 males and 189 females has occupation of agricultural worker [6]

Educational facilities[edit]

This village have a primary Marathi school.[7]
