CustomerXPs is a Bengaluru-based software product company providing financial crime risk management and customer experience management solutions to banking institutions. Founded in 2006, the company sells its financial crime risk management software product under the brand name Clari5.[2][3][4][5] CustomerXPs is identified as one of the top 100 global regtech companies.[6]

The company's product Clari5 provides financial institutions with real-time, cross-channel interventions for enterprise fraud management, anti-money laundering and customer experience management. It employs intelligent models based on neural networks, time series and complex analytics to provide insights. Clari5 also allows financial institutions to reuse the same in-memory data to simultaneously market their products and services in real-time.[2][7] CustomerXPs sells Clari5 to banking institutions in India, UAE, Philippines, Sri Lanka[8] and Jamaica.[9]

Funding[edit]

In 2008, Sharad Hegde, former Infosys chief technology officer became an angel investor in CustomerXPs by investing about $1 million. In January 2011, CustomerXPs raised Series A funding of $4 million from investment firm JAFCO Asia.[10][3] CustomerXPs has also received funding from Microsoft Accelerator.[11][12]

Partnerships[edit]

In January 2015, CustomerXPs partnered with EY to help banks fight enterprise fraud by combining the forensic expertise of EY's fraud investigation and dispute services (FIDS) practice and Clari5's cross-channel/cross-product fraud management capability to deliver solutions to financial institutions.[13][14] CustomerXPs also partners with Microsoft, RedHat, Cisco and Intel to co-provide real-time fraud management and customer experience solutions to financial institutions.[15]
