Bitho Sharif Dargah is a Dargah (shrine) of Sufi Saint Makhdoom Syed Shah Durwesh Ashraf.[1][2][3] It is located in Bitho village of Gaya district in the Indian state of Bihar.[4][5]

The Sufi Saint Makhdoom Syed Shah Durwesh Ashraf came to Bitho and established a Khanquah in the village with a mosque and madrasa in year 1443.[6]

Urs[edit | edit source]
The annually Urs is celebrated commemorating the death anniversary of Makhdoom Syed Shah Durwesh Ashraf at the Dargah.[7][8] The Urs is attended by many political and public figures every years, The Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar also attends the Urs.[9]
