Bijaya Kumar Maurya or Vijay Kumar Maurya is an Indian Police Services officer. He is currently serving as the Director General of Uttar Pradesh Police's Home Guards wing. He is a 1990 batch IPS officer, who has previously served as Additional Director General (logistics) in the Uttar Pradesh Police as well.[1][2][3][4][5] Maurya was given additional charge of Director General (Home Guards) in August 2022, while he was serving as Director General (logistics).[6][7]
