Ballal Circle

Ballal Circle, officially known as Asoka Circle is one of the suburbs of Mysore city in Karnataka state of India. ^[1]

Location[edit | edit source]

Asoka Circle is located between Kuvempunagar and Mysore Palace.^[2] There is an old park in Ballal circle with big trees of long growth.

Ambedkar Memorial[edit | edit source]

Ambedkar Memorial is a small temple in Ballal Circle built in memory of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar who wrote the Indian Constitution. This is a tiny Buddhist temple with a small prayer hall and an egg shaped exterior.

There are many temples in Asoka Circle. The most important temple is the Anjaneya Swamy temple opposite Sambhrama Restaurant.
