Baaji (transl. Elder sister बड़ी बहन) is a 2019 Pakistani romantic drama film directed by Saqib Malik and produced by Page 33 Films. The film stars Meera as Shameera, alongside Osman Khalid Butt as Rohail Khan/Khalid, Amna Ilyas as Neha, Mohsin Abbas Haider as Ajji, and Ali Kazmi as Rammy, with Nayyar Ejaz and Nisho in pivotal roles.

The narrative follows Shameera, a once-prominent Lollywood actress struggling to accept her declining status in the film industry. The story delves into her complex relationship with Neha, a salon worker from a conservative lower-middle-class background. Neha becomes Shameera's assistant, helping her navigate her comeback in the film titled Waapsi, which is directed by the American-based Pakistani director Rohail Khan.

As Neha becomes more involved in the production, assisting with rehearsals and script development, she secures a supporting role in the movie. The film also portrays Neha's romantic connection with Ajji, played by Mohsin Abbas Haider, while Ali Kazmi's character, Raamy, serves as an aggressive boyfriend to Shameera, adding tension to the narrative. Legendary actor Nayyar Ejaz enriches the film with his comedic flair in the role of Chand Kamal, and several well-known faces from the industry make cameo appearances, enhancing the film's appeal.

Baaji explores themes of ambition, friendship, and the harsh realities of the entertainment industry, highlighting the challenges faced by women in a changing cinematic landscape.
