Amudha GaanamTemplate:Not English inline is a 1985 Indian Tamil-language film directed by K. Rangaraj. The film stars Vijayakanth and Nalini. It was released on 19 July 1985.[1]

Soundtrack[edit]

The music was composed by Ilaiyaraaja.[2][3] The song "Orey Raagam" was later reused in the Telugu film Abhinandana (1988) as "Ade Neevu".[4] The song "Velli Nila Padhumai" is set to the Carnatic raga Suddha Dhanyasi,[5] and attained popularity.[6]
