Amjhar Sharif is a Dargah (shrine) of Syed Mohammad Jilani Amjhari Quadri located at Haspura in Aurangabad district in the Indian state of Bihar.[1][2] It is recognised under the Tourism Department of Bihar.[3] It is taken care by Khanquah Alia Quadria.[4]

Urs-e-Dada Sayyedna[edit | edit source]
The annual Urs is organised at the Dargah commemorating the death anniversary of Sufi saint Syed Mohammad Jilani Amjhari Quadri.[5] He was from the silsila of Syed Shaykh Abdul Qadir Jilani who is known as the Peeran-e-Peer.[6]
Bhootna Mela[edit | edit source]
An annual gathering happens near the Chotki Dargah near the Amjhar Sharif Dargah.[7][8] The Hindu Saint who makes the gathering provides the sure cure from the bad souls.[9][10]
