Amala Rose Kurian ( born 8 December) Parents : Monson Abraham and Viji Monson Hails from changanacherry, Kottayam Kerala .
Amala is an Indian actress who has appeared in Malayalam & Tamil films, started her career with The first ever Malayalam reality show for a new face heroine led by director Lal Jose. She also appeared in television shows as video jockey [1]

Kurian grew up in changanacherry Kottayam, in the state of Kerala, India. She was educated at Kristu Jyoti H.S.S and St, Teresa's H S S Vazhappally, Kottayam and Assumption College, Chenganacherry.[1]

She entered to the acting career thorough reality show Vivel active fair big break in which Lal Jose searching for actresses for his next movie.The show was shown in Surya TV. She was a top scorer for the show at the. Age of fifteen The youngest candidate for the show then she appeared in the film Theevram. Amala rose Kurian has also acted in the Tamil movies “ kuthoosi and oru kanavu pole “ as female lead , She also appeared as video jockey for several shows in leading Malayalam channels .
