Akkiraju Umakantham

Akkiraju Umakantham (1889–1942)[1] was a scholar in Telugu, Sanskrit and English languages. He was an influential author of literary criticism in Telugu language.

He was the editor of the magazine "Trilinga" which was stated in 1916 by vavikolanu subbarao.[2] He worked as the president of Telugu branch in Presidency College, Chennai from 1920 to 1936.[3]
