Adarsh Co-operative Bank Ltd., is a Multi-State Co-operative Bank that had begun operations in 1972, at Sirohi of Rajasthan with a motive to create an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common, economic, social and cultural needs.

. At the end of December 2019, the bank had 46 branches in the state of Rajasthan and Gujarat.

Fraudulent promoter Mukesh modi diverted huge amount of funds to his own/ relative accounts, and is now sitting in jail.

GoI is not able to do anything to get justice for 20 lakh investors who will lose almost 20000 crore of their hard earned money. [2][3].

Awards & recognition[edit]

  • "Best performing Co-operative Bank award" in 2008-2009 by Indian Achievers Forum, secured First position in the state of Rajasthan and 9th position on All India Basis.[citation needed]
  • "Excellence in Customer Service Award" at The Banking Frontiers in Co-opative Banking Awards 2010 held by Banking Frontiers on 23 December 2010 at Goa.[1]
