Template:2024 Indian Premier League Teams

The 2024 season was the 17th season for the Indian Premier League franchise [[Template:IPL Teams 1]]. They were one of the ten teams competed in the 2024 Indian Premier League. They finished at the 8th place in previous season's League stage.[1]

After their 8th loss on 9 May 2024, Punjab was eliminated from the 2024 Indian Premier League.[2][3] They finished the League stage at the 9th place with 5 wins and 9 losses, garnering 10 points.[4]

Harshal Patel took the most wickets in the season (24)[5] and was awarded with ₹10 lakh (US$13,000) cash prize along with the Purple Cap.[6]

The Punjab Kings drew an average home attendance of 31,482 in the IPL in 2024.
