Semi-final[edit]
Third place match[edit]
- ↑ The match was not played as Hong Kong team members have already booked the flight to leave Kozhikode before kickoff, otherwise they had to stay behind for further four days for another earliest flight to Hong Kong, which would have upset the team's schedule.
