Thuwa is a village in Nawapur tehsil in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 13 kilometres (8.1 mi) from sub district headquarter and 63 kilometres (39 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 307 houses and a population of 1292 of which 626 are males while 666 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 1292 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
