Tembhe Pr. Warse is a village in Sakri tehsil in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 92 kilometres (57 mi) from sub district headquarter and 92 kilometres (57 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 324 houses and a population of 1386 of which 673 are males while 713 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 1 people are from Schedule Caste and 1380 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
