Langhane is a village in Sindkhede in Dhule district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 20 kilometres (12 mi) from sub district headquarter and 20 kilometres (12 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India).[1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 283 houses and a population of 1221 of which 605 are males while 616 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 27 people are from Schedule Caste and 482 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
