Bhone is a village in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) from sub district headquarter and 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit | edit source]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 466 houses and a population of 2385 of which 1202 are males while 1183 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 7 people are from Schedule Caste and 770 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
